This package is designed for the bride who knows what she wants but still requires a little extra help in making sure everything comes together. This package includes day of coordination management.

  • Floor plan and mood board creation with cohesive designs for ceremony and reception spaces

  • Sourcing of all design vendors (rentals, lighting, special touches, etc.)

  • Venue walk through 1-2 months prior to wedding

  • Visit to local rental warehouse for table and design mock up

  • Meeting 1-2 months prior to create timeline, review inventory, and gather vendor contact information

  • Two design meetings with your planner

  • Wedding day emergency kit

  • Welcoming and management of all vendors on-site

  • Guest management and logistics including knowledge of seating chart and special requests
