Hannah Coots

Boss Lady & Founder

Born and raised in North Carolina, I moved to Washington State in February of 2019. The love of my life proposed at the perfect Twilight destination, La Push Beach in Forks. We were married in February of 2020. From the beginning of creating those special memories and moments for my wedding day I knew that I wanted to do that for others. I love creating detail oriented designs that are tailored to amazing couples that aren’t just clients to me but become lifelong friends. My secret obsession is everything Kate Spade. In my free time I love spending time with family and adventuring with my husband, from scuba diving to traveling.

Rebecca Sanchez

Event Coordinator

Rebecca was born and raised in Washington, she moved to North Carolina for a few years where she married the love of her life after meeting him at the ball drop in New York City. Although it wasn’t a traditional wedding her passion for design and events has only grown since then. Since she was 15 years old she has planned multiple parties and events for her family and friends. She even owns a charcuterie business that you are bound to see on our page sooner or later. In her free time she loves spending time with her two little girls and newest baby boy who are her entire world.

Kali Hostetter

Event Coordinator

Kali and her husband grew up together in Poulsbo, WA. They attended the University of Washington together and got married in 2022! Kali has always enjoyed creative endeavors like painting, and as an extrovert always eager to host. While planning her backyard wedding from start to finish a spark was ignited to work in the event space professionally. She has spent the past year working luxury picnics and helping friends plan their weddings and is so excited to join the Simply Planned Events team! In her free time she loves to travel, keep up with the latest shows, and try new restaurants.
